Do you feel the need…the need for speed?  Look no further than the Capital Wing’s 3rd Annual “Bikes, Wings & Wheels” Show on August 13, 2022!

From introducing the “Doris Mae IPA” beer in collaboration with Flying Ace Brewery to all the cars, bikes, live music, raffles, pin-up models and aircraft on display, this is an event you don’t want to miss!!!

Antiques, hot rods, exotics, imports, and moderns, this is an open event for ALL petrol-heads to come out and show off their cars while World War II warbirds surround the infield. Of course, we’re not forgetting you bike folks either – bring your flathead, choppers, touring, or sports bike; they’re all welcomed!

The first 75 entries will get a commemorative dash plaque and multiple prizes will be awarded for both cars and bike categories!

Car check-in will begin at 9 a.m., with gates opening at 10 a.m. till 4 p.m. Judging will start at 2 p.m., and winners will be announced at 3 p.m. with the awarding of prizes.

Take a “wing walk” on our TBM Avenger “Doris Mae” to see the cockpit up close or check out the various other static aircraft displays. There will be live music by BleuJean Gentry and his crew. Also, Cruisin’ For Heros will be holding a 50/50 raffle for Fisher House, while the Rotary Club of Baileys Crossroad will be raffling a 1966 Ford Mustang! The Hepcat Honeys Pin-Up models will be roaming the field, living history re-enactors will have an encampment, and several WWII vehicles will be there too! The Bumble Bee Camaro character will also be attending for the kiddos!

Food will be available from the Experimental Aircraft Association 186 Chapter and Tacos VIP food trailers on-site to quell any mid-day cravings, along with funnel cakes by Funnel Cake Cafe!
